The Reflow-Kit V3 Basic contains everything you need for the construction of the SMD-module prototypes.
The kit contains a SMD-Cube Construction Kit, with which the soldering results can be tested on the spot.

The Reflow-Kit V3 Basic contains the following components:

- Reflow-Controller V3 PRO
- temperature sensor
- power cable
- USB cable
- 1 oven
- printed circuit board with embedded LXMS31ACNA-009 Murata UHF RFID-Chip
- suitable stencil
- 9-volt battery
- components
- 100 g soldering paste
- 1 squeegee
- 1 spatula
- 1 tweezers
- 1 roll of adhesive tape
- 1 PCB Holder Set - 1.6mm thick
- 1 PCB Holder Set - 1.0mm thick

SMD-soldering with the Reflow-Kit stands out from other methods through offering quick and high-quality soldering results.

Through applying the soldering paste with the aid of the laser-cut stencil (free of charge with your PCB-POOL® Prototype order) you will achieve precise metering and positioning of the soldering paste.
To adjust the stencil you may use the circuit board holder sets in sizes 1,0mm and 1,6 mm.

The Reflow Controller V3 PRO controls the oven according to the pre-set temperature curve.
And you are able to monitor the soldering process on the display: temperature, corresponding soldering phase and any error messages are displayed.

The controller enables you to make necessary parameter changes directly via the control panel. You can also create and save further temperature profiles for various solder pastes and components.
