Material stainless steel for stencils

Material

We manufacture stencils using stainless steel (Material number: 1.4301, fully hardened, annealed).

In addition to the standard material, we also provide the "Tension®" material.

It allows more precise paste printing. Due to the finer structure (grain) in the material, the cut edge is less rough than with conventional material.

This also improves the release of the paste from the stencil. If necessary, electropolishing can be saved.

The following material thicknesses are available:

Modifications

Pad reduction
We can perform a size reduction of all pads (selective, relative to diameter or by percentage) with no extra charge.

Rounded corners

Radii of up to half of the smallest pad width are possible.
